The primary variable is linear footage — the total length of roofline you want to cover. A smaller home might have 80 feet of front roofline; a large estate might have 400+ feet around the full perimeter. We measure your exact footage during the free estimate and provide a precise written quote before we leave.
We require a 50% deposit to order materials and hold your install date. The remaining 50% is due on the day of installation — after you've seen the completed work and are satisfied.
